Change order can be handled very easily. As long as the material being changed is within the same budget and has yet to be installed there will be no extra charge. Nonetheless, any price differences and changes will be noted and have to be signed off by us the contractor and you the customer before we can continue to move forward

Yes, we do! If an insurance job arises, we will ask for claim number if one has been appointed, then provide a bid for the scope of work necessary to the insurance based off our expert opinion
